what people are saying about gtc

The staff from Golden Triangle was very communicative and supportive of the NHS community and the daily business of providing instruction at the highest level. …They understand the value providing a top notch construction experience while allowing my school to focus on the job of educating students. I heartily recommend GTC for any additional construction jobs that may occur in our school district.
— Dennis F. Daly, Principal, Niwot High School
The conditions of the grant were fairly stringent concerning timing and expenses of the project. Golden Triangle did a fabulous job of meeting those constraints during the course of the project. The organization of work and quality of work were of top tier quality. The project has been an enjoyable experience and I would recommend Golden Triangle for other projects
— Bradley S. Dallam, P.E. City of Lafayette
Despite the typical challenges of a construction project of this type, GTC remained professional and committed to delivering on their obligations. GTC worked extremely well with the project team bringing focus to the objectives of the project. GTC was always accountable and demonstrated the success of the project would be as a team, not as individuals.

As a 20,000 square foot infill development that connects to the historic Rialto Theater in the heart of Downtown Loveland, we recognized that we would clearly need a capable general contractor to successfully complete this project. …there was nothing easy about this project.
In the end, we were very satisfied with the work of GTC. This project was a high-visibility public/private partnership in the center of the Downtown.
— Ken Cooper Facilities Manager City of Loveland – Public Works
It was not easy to get this building completed on schedule. Claver Hall was an extremely complicated project…. I think it was phenomenal – not many contractors could do what this team did without the price going up. Everyone is happy with the final product – they are simply in awe when they walk in the building.
— Mike Redmond Associate Vice President for the Physical Plant Regis University
GTC has done and excellent job tracking costs and keeping this incredibly challenging project on budget. During the design process, they were very helpful at looking at innovative solutions and products for the design of the building
— Adele Wilson, AIA, LEED AP, Principal - Hord Copeland Macht
GTC exceeded all expectations regarding construction of our new school. They became partners in the vision for the school form the very beginning. They challenged us to make high quality decisions about materials, structure and purpose for out facility. GTC never wavered in their commitment to our students, their families and our community. We were fortunate to have an owners representative that we hired as a liaison between ourselves and the construction company. What we never planned on is that we would have a team of GTC employees working just as hard as our owner’s representative for excellence, timing and cost savings.
— Christina and Ronald Jajdelski, Community Leadership Academy
From the beginning of the project I was impressed with GTC’s performance, attitude, and professionalism, they are an outstanding builder who has assembled a highly effective team of willing and creative personnel. Our project manager Kevin McGuire and the construction superintendent Rod Gunlickson, are true professionals and were a pleasure to deal with. From the outset there was easy access to each of them, their staffs, and subcontractors. Such free and open communication instilled a sense of confidence that the project would go right, and indeed that has been the case. The subcontractors were well selected and well managed at all times during the project. Of the few change orders we did have most were owner initiated or municipally required, and the value management talents of GTC’s managers, estimators. Etc., kept all of them reasonably priced. In fact with their active pursuit of value management techniques, a couple of our change orders were actually reductions. They worked closely with us to manage the overall project costs to be within our budget without compromising the design. In addition to excellent cost management and speed of execution, quality was always maintained. Another talent GTC excels at is governmental relations, i.e. building inspectors, zoning administrators, and the other numerous municipal, county, and state officials. No project wiII go well if these people aren’t satisfied, the atmosphere of open communications and integrity with which GTC conducts
business impressed these people too and resulted in very few political problems.
