REGIS UNIVERSITY MAIN HALL  - Three existing structures attached to Regis University's Main Hall (oldest building on campus originally built in 1887 were demolished and replaced with a 2-level plaza. Demolished existing site and replaced with pavers, concrete and landscaping.

 

UNIVERSITY OF DENVER - KAPPA SIGMA FRATERNITY HOUSE  -  10,857 SF fraternity house including structural masonry, brick/limestone veneer, concrete structural slab floors, partially finished basement, structural steel and steel decking roof structure, copper roofing and siding.

 
 

PIKES PEAK COMMUNITY COLLEGE - SCIENCE LAB  - A 13,133 SF renovation and upgrade to the Aspen Building, including conversion of existing laboratory and classroom spaces into 6 new multi-functional laboratories/studios with shared preparation area and a new connecting corridor.  Also included minor mechanical renovations to the occupied 2nd and 3rd floors of the building to update old technology and equipment.
