“They have done an excellent job tracking costs and keeping this incredibly challenging project on budget. During the design process, they were very helpful at looking at innovative solutions and products for the design of the building... It has been a pleasure working with GTC and we would recommend them highly.”

WHO WE ARE | Golden Triangle Construction, Inc.
Golden Triangle Construction (GTC) is a full-service commercial general contractor that has been active in the Colorado Front Range construction market since 1977. Our construction volume represents an even mix of hard-bid and negotiated (CM/GC) projects, which means we are keenly in touch with current market costs and trends. We perform bid and negotiated projects with the same competitive spirit and all our projects are completed using a team approach that builds value for the client.
Times have changed over the years, but our philosophy has remained the same: maintain strong commitments to our clients' needs, to the highest integrity in everything we do and to professionalism at all times.
Our founding principle, "Do the kind of job that makes our clients want GTC to do their next project," is evidenced by a long list of successful projects and satisfied clients. Focusing on that philosophy, we have developed long-term relationships with many clients who continually choose GTC as the general contractor for their projects.
GTC provides a professional office and field staff of about 80 employees who are dedicated to completing projects custom fit to your needs. Our management teams provide key communication links between project team members to coordinate all phases of the project and ensure that owners receive dedicated and dependable service at a competitive price.
We offer the expertise, resources and financial stability of a large general contractor while maintaining the personalized service and attention of a smaller one. Even after all these years, every project we manage has one of our principals directly involved. Read about GTC's principals.
