GTC’s volume represents a 50-50% split between public and private work, as well as an even split between negotiated (CM/GC) and hard-bid projects.  The bid volume guarantees we are competitive and in touch with current market costs and trends.  We perform bid and negotiated projects with the same competitive spirit and all our projects are completed using a team approach.
