CCI Charter School / Early Child Development Center

This project was an 87,600 squre-foot renovation to the old Samsonite Headquarters to accommodate a new charter school and daycare facilities. In addition to classrooms and offices, this new school designed by Garth Braun Associates, P.C. features facilities for Performing Arts and a new Technology Lab. The project also included a 12,000 square-foot gymnasium addition and the construction of an outdoor track. The daycare is a 10,000 square-foot early childhood learning facility with a capacity of 204 children ranging in ages 6 weeks through 5 years old.
