This remarkable 7,500 square-foot recreation center, designed by Way Architects, P.C., offers community residents ample social and exercise space, including outdoor recreation options like the 25-meter Junior Olympic swimming pool, water splash play area for kids and tennis courts. Also built by Golden Triangle Construction of Southern Colorado, and adjacent to the facility, is the public K–8 Banning Lewis Ranch Academy, which shares the surrounding park, playground and sports fields. (Banning Lewis Ranch Recreation Center is now called Northtree Ranch House.)
