University Hill Elementary School

Size:  8,514 SF Completion: August 2010 Delivery:  CM/GC

This school was originally built in 1905 and was in need of more space and upgrades. The addition and renovation project, designed by SLATERPAULL Architects, included new art and music facilities and more space for administrative offices.  Interior scope of work also included finish upgrades, roof repairs and improvements to the fire alarm, intercom and security systems.

There were also upgrades to outdoor recreational areas to improve playground surfacing and fencing and to make the areas ADA accessible.
