Jeff Nading | President

Jeff has been GTC's President for 17 years. He has 32 years of construction industry experience and a Bachelors Degree in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University.

Jeff’s unique blend of project experience from various management positions allows him to be focused and disciplined on each project. A firm believer in the team construction approach, Jeff leads his project teams to exceed clients' expectations.

Brian R. Laartz | Senior Vice President

Brian, who has been a Vice President at GTC for 9 years, has been in the construction industry for 25 years and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University. He served as Division President of the Associated General Contractors for 5 years and now serves on the Board of Directors.

Brian specializes in providing exceptional preconstruction services. He also oversees GTC's Human Resources department.

Henry Zurbrugg | Vice President of Estimating

Henry Zurbrugg moved to Colorado in 1993 from Zurich, Switzerland. Henry has a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering and Masonry/Concrete Construction and ultimately earned his Master’s Degree in Project Management in 1992. With over 28 years of construction experience, Henry joined GTC in May 1996 as a Project Manager/Estimator.  In 1999 he was charged with leading the Estimating and Preconstruction department as the Vice President of Estimating. At that time he also became a partner and Principal in the company and was appointed to GTC’s Board of Directors.

Henry’s professional affiliations include the American Society of Estimators (ASPE) where he served on the Board of Directors from 2007 to 2008 and as Chairman of the Education Committee. He is also a member of the Construction Specification Institute (CSI). 

Henry is married and has four children and two grandchildren. He and his wife Susie live in Nederland, Colorado where he is active as a volunteer fire fighter and Chairman of the Board for the Nederland Fire Protection District.

Jeff Dingwall | Vice President of Operations

Jeff has been GTC's Vice President of Operations for 15 years. He has 37 years of construction industry experience and a Bachelors Degree in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University.

Jeff takes charge of all field related issues of quality and safety. His experience and expertise guarantees even the most difficult projects are completed on time, on budget, and with surpassing quality and service.
