This exceptional retirement community, designed by Eric Smith Associates, P.C., features four new buildings totaling 116,326 square feet. Buildings include two new two-story fourplex patio home buildings that equal 5,824 square-feet each, a three-story independent living facility with a basement totaling 52,356 square feet, and a 52,322 square-foot, three-story assisted living center with an Alzheimer’s unit.

Buildings were constructed with wood framed construction with wood trusses and feature beautiful architectural details like exterior stucco walls, synthetic stone veneer and tile roofs.
