MCCANDLESS STATE VETERANS NURSING HOME, PHASES 3 AND 4

This project included two phases of work, both designed by Boulder Associates, Inc., and both involving renovations and additions to the existing nursing home facility.

Phase 3: The new building addition housed the special care unit, a new small prep kitchen, as well as entertainment, dining and conference room areas.  Remodel of existing spaces included full remodel of the existing kitchen, corridors, nurse's station with restroom, and other life safety upgrades.

Phase 4: This phase included a new building addition with full basement and elevator, remodel of interior spaces, and re-roofing of the existing facility.  This phase also included exterior landscape, paving and sitework.
