Cheyenne Mountain State Park Phases II and III

This beautiful state park totals 1,680 acres and boasts 20 miles of hiking and biking trails, as well as the modern facilities constructed by GTC. Infrastructure buildings GTC constructed included the visitor center, event center, maintenance building, camper services building, and seven restroom facilities.

The camper services building houses showers, laundry facilities, and a camp store. The visitor center features a gift shop, lounging area with a fire place, an outdoor patio, and a meeting room for up to 50 people with a spectacular mountain view. The event center accommodates 200 people and has parking for 85 vehicles. The event center also includes an outdoor pavilion complete with electric service, picnic tables, restroom facilities and activity areas.  Phase II of this project was designed by 42/40 Architecture, and Phase III was designed by Thomas & Thomas.
